It came as no surprise to Carolina Panthers fans that NFL league officials punished New York Giants star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. for his behavior on the field in Sunday’s game against the undefeated Carolina Panthers. Odell Beckham Jr. will serve a one game suspension for his dirty play in the game.
According to sources Beckham and union officials had a conference call Monday night to discuss the appeal procedure. Their plan is to file an official letter of appeal Tuesday and request a hearing date for Wednesday.
Beckham Jr. was penalized three times for personal fouls Sunday’s game against Panthers cornerbacks Josh Norman and Cortland Finnegan.
