A 38-year-old New York man is in the Wake County jail on a $1 million bond after police said he raped two women in Raleigh.
Richard Bolling of the Bronx, N.Y., is facing two counts of second-degree rape, according to arrest warrants filed in the Wake County Magistrate’s Office. Bolling was also arrested after failing to appear in court on a communicating threats charge.
Bolling is accused of raping one woman between January and Aug. 5 and the other woman between July 12 and Aug. 5, the warrants state.
