Congratulations to Raleigh’s new police chief.  Cassandra Deck-Brown was chosen about three weeks ago and was sworn in today at 11:30am at Fletcher Hall  inside Duke Energy Center for Performing Arts. Brown is the first African American woman to serve as Raleigh’s police chief.
