Last night Gov. Pat McCrory signed a law that would prohibit transgenders from using a restroom that they associate with their identity instead of their biological gender.
This overturns Charlotte’s new ordinance extending non-discrimination ordinance for the LGBT, which was to take effect April 1.
Many are pleased with the decision of the Governor and others are planning protest against the decision.
