According to new findings from the Pew Reseach Center America’s working mothers are now the top earners in appoximately 40% of households in America.
Most of the families are headed by single mothers, but a growing number of married hoseholds are also being lead by working moms. This percentage is up 11% from 1960.
Still the general public doesn’t believe this is healthy for growing families.
