Shaniya Davis Murder Trial Delayed Due To Mental Evaluation

The capital murder trial of Mario Andretti McNeill who is charged with murder, rape and kidnapping of 5 year old Shaniya Davis has been delayed for at least a week while he undergoes a mental evaluation.
Opening statements were set to begin this afternoon, but Superior Court Judge Jim Ammons told jurors not to come back until next Monday.
