There have been mixed feelings, emotions and comments on the incident where a Seattle Police officer punched a 17-year old girl during a jaywalking altercation.   The President of the Seattle Police Officers Guild, said Officer Walsh was justified in punching the young woman, who shoved him in a dispute over jaywalking.  Rich O’Neil said that punching her in the face was an appropriate use of force, and it is wrong to call it police brutality or racist.
