The Wake County School board will hold it’s final vote on the diversity policy on Tuesday.

The board approved the change in a 5-4 vote last month and Tuesday’s vote is expected to be a formality.  Critics of the change aren’t giving in and hoping that their voices will be heard.  Many are afraid that this will lead to resegration of schools.  However, Reverend Barber of the state’s NAACP chapter says, the organization will sue the school board if this happens.
