ABC11 Meteorologist Don “Big Weather” Schwenneker says enjoy the warm weather today because colder weather is on the way.”
A cold front will cross our region Monday night, bringing a stray sprinkle and colder temperatures.
“Big Weather” says in the wake of that front, Tuesday will be noticeably cooler – more than 20 degrees Fahrenheit lower to be exact!
Tuesday night you’ll need to cover any plants. Schwenneker says clear skies will allow for subfreezing temperatures in spots.
The National Weather Service has issued a freeze watch for the entire area on Tuesday night into Wednesday.
