Eating blindfolded could make you eat less. Researchers say that removing sight can make you feel fuller faster

A study of 90 students eating ice cream showed that the ones who ate the ice cream while blind folded were able to better describe the taste and texture of the ice cream but also ate 9% less – while thinking they had eaten more than they actually did.
