Bill Cosby was arraigned Wednesday on sexual assault charges from an accusation that happened in 2004. Cosby did not enter a plea, and his bail was set at $1 million. A preliminary hearing date has been scheduled for January 14. Cosby turned over his passport.

Time Magazine reported Wednesday that Bill Cosby is expected to be charged for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his Pennsylvania home in 2004.
Cosby allegedly violated Andrea Constand who was a former Temple University employee. Cosby has said that their relationship was consensual.More than 50 women have accused the entertainer of drugging or sexually assaulting them. Cosby denied the allegations and filed defamation lawsuits against some of the accusers.
