I don’t know about you but Daylight Saving Time makes me feel sort of strange for a few days…. well, if you’re like me then there may be reasons.
Dr. Ilene Rosen of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) says, “The time change is kind of a society-imposed jet lag.”
Dr. Rosen give us 3 things we can to to make it an easier change:
- Don’t stay up late.
- Use the Sun
- Take you time
