Congratulations are in order for NCCU Eagles as the basketball team defeated NCA&T last night 69-58, closing out an undefeated season for the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
They also obtained their 2nd consecutive MEAC title with an undefeated conference record.
However, things didn’t go so well for our NC Governor Pat McCrory who received boos while retiring the jersey of Sam Jones; tweets claim the governor referred to the team as NC State instead of NC Central University during his remarks. OOPS!
