A federal judge has issued a temporary stay in NC’s gay marriage ban but the stay could only last for 10 days before being lifted and allowing same sex marriage in NC.
Those for traditional marriage say they are prepared to go back to court to argue the support of marriage between a man and woman.
According to WRAL the judge is giving parties 10 days to submit their status reports.
