Tropical storm Karen has formed off the Gulf of Mexico and according to Meterologist it could bring some rain to the triangle area by next week.
Karen is expected to make landfall by the weekend as a hurricane or tropical storm. The U.S. National Hurricane Center says the storm’s maximum sustained winds decreased slightly to 50 mph (95 kph) and it may strengthen by Saturday when the center of the storm would be near the coast.
