RALEIGH — Police Wednesday seized a large cache of drugs and thousands of dollars in cash from a stately residence west of downtown.
Franklin H. Smith, 31, of 2401 Churchill Road, is charged with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver prescription drugs and maintaining a dwelling.
A second man, Joseph Hubert Smith, 22, also of 2401 Churchill Road, is charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
