Crabtree Valley Mall Incident … No Answers. After Saturday’s chaotic escape from what many thought was a shooting, police now report that there is no indication that gunshots were fired.
Crabtree Valley Mall was a scene of mass confusion as some witnesses say they heard what sounded like gunfire in the food court section which sent hundreds running from the mall.
Customers left personal belongings behind in their efforts to get away from what they believed was a dangerous situation. After hours of searching police found no evidence and still have no answers to what the sound may have been.
It was concluded that customers were injured mainly by the hasty exit of so many leaving the area for safety.
Some argue that recent incidents in the world are causing us to anticipate the next big destructive event, mass shooting, etc… Are we no longer living but living paranoid???
