According to Laurinburg Chief Darwin Williams, Kenneth Maurice Quick Jr., age 16, and Jonathan Taylor Martinez, age 17 were charged with shooting three younger children during a 14-year-old girl’s birthday party. According to reports Laurinburg Police responded to a shooting on 109 Vance Street around 9 p.m. Friday during the 14 year Old’s birthday party. The report stated that three children were shot in the leg and the house had been hit as well.
