According to authorities Saturday one person was shot outside of Northgate Mall. The shooting took place around 7:05 p.m. An altercation started inside of the mall according to police. he report says that the people involved ran outside then the shooting happened. The victim was shot in the arm and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
