According to a statement from California Highway Patrol Officer Marco Marin, 32 year old Brett Kyle was driving his truck at a high rate of speed in Moorpark, California, when the truck veered to left the road and went into a drainage ditch.
The truck rolled over multiple times and landed on its passenger side and caught fire with Kyle still trapped inside.
It has been reported that Oscar Winner Jamie Foxx was one of several good Samaritans that helped to rescue Kyle from the burning car.
