Sunday in a jam packed Bank Of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. the Carolina Panthers held off a determined Seattle Seahawks football team to win 31-24. The Panthers got off to a quick start and led the game 31 – 0 in two quarters of play. The team looked sharp and played well on all sides of the ball.
The Panthers dominated the game to that point but that didn’t stop the Seahawks from putting up a fight. The Seahawks who won the Super Bowl two years ago and almost won it again last year led by Russell Wilson shut out the panthers in the second half of the game and scored 24 point on the tough Panthers defense.
With the win the Panthers have advanced to the NFC Title game against the Arizona Cardinals. The game will be played in Charlotte at the Bank Of America Stadium.
The Panthers are one win from playing in the 2016 Super Bowl. Go Panthers, Keep pounding!
