An accident that knocked down power lines and caused a vehicle to overturn on Old Oxford Rd. in Durham has
caused delays and a call out from Durham Public Schools.
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. The road is currently closed between Hamlin Road and Wolfpack Drive where many Northern Durham school buses run. It is unclear when the roadway will reopen.
Durham Public Schools made calls and tweets this morning that some school buses may be delayed due to a traffic accident.
There is no word on injuries at this time.
