A small victory for Camille Cosby, a Massachusetts judge has granted her motion to delay her deposition, which was scheduled to happen tomorrow in a civil suit her husband, Bill Cosby is facing.
This move comes after she filed the emergency motion yesterday. A federal magistrate judge denied that motion on Dec. 31. But her attorneys filed the emergency motion yesterday telling the court they needed more time to prepare a legal brief to appeal the magistrate’s decision.
