We know that for some a good meal during the school year is when youth get their school lunch but what happens when school is out for the summer.
The USDA is offering “Summer Food Rocks” for youth 19 and under in need of food over the summer.
Summer Food Rocks will provide an open site for the summer at 1540 Mechanical Blvd. in Garner, NC 27529 and will serve free Breakfast and Lunch daily for youth. Breakfast will be served from 8am – 9am and lunch from 12noon – 1pm.
