It didn’t take long for the NC Senate to vote to cancel Gov. Pat McCrory’s veto of a marriage bill. The Senate voted 32-16 – enough to override the governors veto of a bill that would allow some court officials in NC the right to refuse to perform gay marriages because of their religious objections.
