Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.s children will return to an Atlanta courtroom on Tuesday to find out what will happen to Dr. King’s bible and Nobel Peace Prize.

The two brothers Dexter and Martin III aim to sell the item while their sister Bernice says the items are priceless and should remain with the family and not sold. The brothers say that selling the items would help the future of the estate. The ugle battle has landed the decision in court and with a judge who has the only key where both item have been placed for keep in a safe deposit box.

Fulton County Superioe Court Judge Robert McBurney will make the decision of what will ultimately will happen to these items.

The bible was carried by Dr. King during the civil rights movement and was used by Pres. Barack Obama for his 2nd term. The Nobel Peace prize was awarded to Dr. King in 1964.
