Test Scores Improve In N.C. Schools

According to the annual ABC’s of Public Education report, more N.C. public schools met or exceeded expectations on standardized test this year compared to last year. The report based its results on end-of-grade and end-of-course tests that were taken in grades 3 – 12, which showed that 88% of nearly 2,500 schools met academic growth goals in 2009-10, compared to 81% in 2008-09.
