NC – NAACP President Rev. William Barber and three others were arrested during a non-violent protest at the Wake County school board meeting.  The three took over the board meeting, locking arms and singins “We Shall Overcome” to protest the Board’s move away from the school’s diversity policy.   Rev. Barber said, “We are willing to break a lesser law and accept the punishment to protect a larger law.”  They were all released on good faith without having to post any bonds.
