Many in the Wake County community are meeting at Wake Chapel Church tonight to discuss methods of preventing gang activity in the community. Wake county in partnership with Knightdale, Zebulon and Wendell law enforcement officials will provide insight into getting gangs off the streets. Currently there are 97 gangs in Wake County, second to Charlotte according to the annual report from the Governor’s Crime Commission.
The forum begins tonight at 5pm at Wake Chapel Church, 3805 Tarheel Club Rd. in Raleigh.
