OKlahoma police officer Betty Shelby --- who fatally shot Terence Crutcher in September 2016 in Tulsa and was charged with manslaughter --- blamed him for his own death and said "race was not a factor" in a new "60 Minutes" interview.

The report does not change the "facts of this tragedy: Officer Betty Shelby shot and killed Terence Crutcher," the lawyer said in a statement.
