Some area in North Carolina could see anywhere from 1-7 inches of snow.

We got it!  SNOW for Christmas.  Send me your snow pictures so we can post them.  mwade@radio-one.com.  Here are some of mine.

My answer is No.  However, a storm system is approaching bringing rain and a wintry mix of snow and sleet. 

You know how they say “the snow is waiting around for some more,” now meteorologists are tracking another storm that’s headed to the area this Friday and Saturday.

  Many school districts in the Triangle were forced to remain closed for another day because of icy roads. Officials say the missed school days will have to be made up.

There is a Winter Storm Warning in effect – all day for all of our listening area.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for counties across North Carolina, including Chatham, Durham, Edgecombe, Granville, Harnett, Johnston, Orange, Robeson, Wake and Wilson.

This will be the 2nd snow which supposed to mean? — We can make “snow-creme.”
