Durham County Public Schools has a new superintendent. The board of education unanimously voted yesterday to appoint Dr. Bert L’Homme to the post. L’Homme’s has over a 35-years of experience in the field of education and holds a Ph.D. in special education/public school administration from the University of Maryland.
