Kendrick James Sheppard Jr. is facing some serious charges this morning. According to arrest warrants, 17-year-old Sheppard is accused of using his cell phone to record women as they used the bathroom. He is also accused of sexually touching one of the victims and exposing himself.
Sheppard was arrested and charged on Saturday with three counts of first degree sexual offense, three counts of secret peeping and two counts of possessing photographic image from peeping.
Sheppard is currently be held at the Wake County jail on a $1.55 million bond.
