Saturday the NFL held their annuanl Honors Awards Show. The show awards players in several categories for their efforts for the 2015 season. They also nor the coach of the year It comes as no surprise that Carolina Panthers quaterback Cam Newton has been named the NFL’s Most Valuable Player. Cam had an amazing 2015 season and put up MVP numbers.
Newton lead the Panthers to a 15 – 1 record and a trip to the Super Bowl. Newton was also announced as the leagues Offensive Player of The Year. Panthers head coach Ron Rivera was named the NFL’s coach of the year and LB Thomas Davis was recipient of the Bart Starr Award. Sunday Newton will lead the Panthers against the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 50.
