Whole Foods has recalled about 74,000 pounds of store-brand frozen pizza pies.
The reason according to the USDA is because for the whole past year the pies were mislabeled and read “uncured beef pepperoni” when they were actually pork.
Whole Foods agency’s Food Safety and Inspection Service says the discovery came during a routine label review, and it has blamed the mistake on a change in ingredient suppliers.
