FSU Will settle Lawsuit With Women Who Accused Jameis Winston Of Rape

FSU President John Thrasher announced Monday the terms they will settle in a lawsuit with a woman who accused former star quarterback Jameis Winston of raping her.
Erica Kinsman will be paid $250,000 and her attorneys $700,000 by FSU according to Thrasher. Thrasher says the university wants to settle to avoid spending millions on the lawsuit.
