The holiday season can be a stressful time with the pressure of buying gifts. We often get caught up in receiving and giving gifts and lose sight of the true reason for the season which is the celebration of the birth of our LORD and savior Jesus Christ. I pray that you have increase leading up to the New Year and your budget does not get out of control and you have a blessed holiday.
1 Chronicles 4:9-110 (NIV)
9. Jabez was more honorable than his brothers. His mother had named him Jabez, saying, “I gave birth to him in pain.”
10. Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.
