A Sanford man, Billy Jo McLean, was charged with first-degree murder after his wife and 13yr old step daughter were found dead inside the family’s burning apartment on Monday night. Concern then came for his missing 17yr old stepson who hadn’t been seen since before the incident.
FBI reported that Billy Jo McLean was taken into custody late Thursday in Oldham County, Texas just before midnight on Thursday, and his 17yr old stepson Tobias McLean was with him and safe.
