29 yr old Brittany Lauren Maynard was diagnosed with incurable brain cancer on New Year’s Day. Her illness was terminal with no hope for a cure or any life saving measures.
From this situation Brittany decided she didn’t want her family to see her go through all the pain that doctors described would happen to her. Instead Brittany decided to move Oregon, a state that allow those diagnosed with incurable diseases and less than 6 month to live, to pass away by their own choice.
