•Police in Fuquay Varina arrested 2 men in connection with a double homicide of 78 yr old Arthur Brown and 66 yr old David McCoy. A 3rd man turned himself in.
•Inmates at the Polk correctional institute in Butner caused a disturbance at the institute last night causing officers to take control of the situation. No one was hurt.
•NCCU police chief is facing DWI charges after being stopped Saturday morning at a driver’s license check point for suspension of driving while impaired.
