They are located at the Judicial Annex Building on 201 North Roxboro Street. It is based on income. Just bring your ID, Duke bill, (or whatever provider you have) and February paystub. If you have children, bring social security numbers and birthdates. They are paying up to 400 dollars until March 31st. The hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Does not matter if bill is overdue or not. This is federal money that if not used will be going back.
