On Monday Mayor Bill Bell delivered his annual state of the city address in Durham. He focused on areas of which he believes Durham needs to grow and feels that cutting down on crime and building downtown are amongst some of the biggest issues.
We know that President Barack Obama’s gun laws is a tough topic right now but Mayor Bell says he believe gun reform is critical in Durham.
Mayor Bell says, “We have to say “Enough is enough’ and we have to have the fortitude to get it done and get it done now.”
