Many expected to hear the leaders of BP apologize to those affected by the oil spill but instead yesterday GOP Congressman apologized to BP. The top Republican on the committee overseeing the oil spill delivered a personal apology to the oil giant for having to establish and provide relief money to the victims of the oil disaster.
