New studay says small doses of chocolate everyday could decrease your risk of having a heart attack or stroke by nearly 40 percent. German researchers followed nearly 20,000 people over 8 years and those who had an average of 6 grams of chocolate per day (about one square of a chocolate bar), had about a 30% lower risk of either a heart attack or stroke. That is a study according to the European Heart Journal.
