Friday Dec. 4, 2009 Judge Gloria Dumas agreed, as she dismissed all charges with prejudice, meaning this domestic matter is over and cannot be reopened. BeBe says he chose to stay quiet because he knew the truth and it shows the power of trusting in God. He says this is a wonderful Christmas gift for him and his children and that there needs to be legislation that protects the rights of fathers when it comes to the custody of their children.
