Back-to-School Vaccine Clinics Coming To Wake County
As a new school year approaches, Wake County Public Health is helping families check one important item off their list: required immunizations.
To make things easier, the County is hosting back-to-school vaccine clinics this August and September. These clinics are a convenient way for students entering kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grade to get the state-required vaccines they need to start school.
“Our goal is to make getting vaccinated as easy and accessible as possible for families,” said Wake County Commissioner Tara Waters. “These clinics help families avoid the last-minute rush and ensure kids are ready to start the school year strong.”
What to Expect:
- Vaccines administered by public health nurses
- Answers to your vaccine-related questions
