The CDC reported 5 additional cases of Hepatitis since June 6, including a Hardee’s employee in Mecklenburg County who was diagnosed Monday.
According to NBC affiliate WCNC, customers who ate at Hardee’s restaurant on Little Rock Road in Charlotte between June 13 and 23 should receive a hepatitis A vaccination as soon as possible
