The man charged with shooting his mother in a SPA (hair salon) Thursday afternoon denies he was ever at the crime scene.
WTVD ABC 11 reported that Kevin Powell, Jr. shot his mother in the face. Now Powell is charged with attempted first degree murder.
According to police the victim’s son walked into the D’Ambience Hair and Nail Salon on Ireland Drive Thursday, and shot his mother Derema “Miss Dee” Burch, in the face.
