Florida Judge Denies Zimmerman’s Team Evidence Request

The judge over the Zimmerman trial ruled today that Trayvon Martin’s cellphone texts on fighting and a defense animation depicting the fight between Martin and George Zimmerman won’t be introduced as evidence at Zimmerman’s trial.
The prosecutions argued that the texts were irrelevant and taken out of context and that the video would mislead the jurors. The judge agreed.
