A settlement has been reached in the court case against a popular Durham Church. Neighbors filed a lawsuit against Newhope Church, saying their loud, amplified music caused them distress and trespassed in their homes, but now it seems that both sides have come to an agreement. The battle of praise worship music has been going on since last year.
